Refund Policy
Items that require an oyster opening or a fizzer cannot be refunded. If you choose to open oysters at home, you agree that no refunds or exchanges will be given for discolored or misshaped pearl. If I open your order and open a miscolored or misshaped pearl, I will automatically open you another pearl.
All jewelry that requires me to mount a pearl will have a 30-day warranty.
